Safety First at Knightswood Primary School

JF_Newsletter.pngIn order to help keep local children safe and remind drivers to slow down, speed bumps have been installed outside Knightswood Primary School and Rowena Nursery.

Speed bumps have also been installed along Priory Road and part of Arrowsmith Avenue to discourage drivers from using these streets as a rat run.

Local Scottish Labour councillor Jon Findlay was instrumental in promoting the road safety scheme. He said "I am delighted that the Council's road traffic team has acted to address the concerns of local residents and parents about the speed of traffic in the area."
